WorldDAB profiles Sumatronic and DAB4all initiative

WorldDAB is the global industry forum for digital radio, promoting the introduction and implementation of digital radio based on DAB and DAB+.

The “DAB4all” campaign aims to enable the introduction of DAB+ in regions of the world where commercial network operation is not yet possible because the population is slow to own individual DAB+ radios.

For the first time, a DAB+ network has been launched on the Caribbean island of Martinique. This is the westernmost territory on earth to have DAB+. The Sumatronic team is pleased to have been able to help introduce DAB+ to this part of the world.
