Over 100 million DAB+ devices sold worldwide so far
In 2022, around 280,000 DAB+ radios were sold in Switzerland. Added to this are 261,000 DAB+ devices in cars. This means that Swiss citizens have purchased around 6.5 million DAB+ radios so far.

The largest Swiss cable network operator UPC broadcasts 90 radio programmes via DAB+Cable on all its networks in Switzerland. This means that the often scarce DAB+ reception indoors can be switched to cable without interference.
On the Caribbean island of Martinique, a DAB+ network recently went into operation for the first time. This is the westernmost territory on earth to have DAB+.
